Claus Dorsch

Calligraphy, illustration, and silkscreen print are the focus of the renowned Hannoveraner designer and mark the distinctive features of his works. Upon graduating he established his own agency in 1993. Since then his work has been on show at numerous fairs and exhibitions in Germany and abroad. To this day, he is working as a freelancer – mainly in the advertising industry. He designed the typography of popular advertising slogans for Deutsche Bahn,TUI, and Mercedes Benz and even created an exclusive alphabet for Vodafone. He merges beautiful type fonts and living culture, aesthetics and function, art and design. Also his set designs and room concepts reveal his aspirations for a harmonious, functional and still extraordinary ensemble.
