If something is not to your satisfaction, please contact our customer service. We will be happy to help you. You can reach us Monday to Thursday from 07:30 to 16:00 and Friday from 07:30 to 14:00 by phone at +49 (0) 2992 981-239 or at any time by e-mail at support@ritzenhoff.de.


You don't like the product you ordered and would like to return it? No problem! As an end customer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason. Please write an email to retoure@ritzenhoff.de and ask for a return label if required. You can then return the goods to us free of charge within Germany. Please note that Ritzenhoff does not accept carriage forward or cash on delivery shipments for returns and will not assume the costs for shipping or return shipments outside of Germany. Please enclose the completed return form with the return shipment. Vouchers of any kind are excluded from exchange and revocation.


An item does not meet your expectations or has been damaged during transport? No problem. Please contact our customer service at retoure@ritzenhoff.de. We will be happy to help you. Please send us a photo of the reason for the complaint. The customer service will then contact you regarding the further procedure.
