Customer service

If something is not to your satisfaction, please contact our customer service. We will be happy to help you. You can reach us Monday to Thursday from 07:30 to 16:00 and Friday from 07:30 to 14:00 by phone at +49 (0) 2992 981-239 or at any time by e-mail at support@ritzenhoff.de.


You do not like the product you ordered and would like to return it? No problem! As an end customer, you have the possibility to cancel your order within 14 days without giving reasons. Please write an email to retoure@ritzenhoff.de and ask for a return label if necessary. Then you can return the goods to us free of charge. Please enclose the completed return form with the return shipment.


An item does not meet your expectations or has been damaged during transport? No problem. Please contact our customer service at retoure@ritzenhoff.de. We will be happy to help you. Please send us a photo of the reason for the complaint. The customer service will then contact you regarding the further procedure.


Jahreswechsel: Wegen der Inventur können zwischen dem 19. Dezember und 7. Januar keine Bestellungen versandt werden. Der erste Versand im neuen Jahr erfolgt dementsprechend am 8. Januar 2020.
